General Terms
By reserving services with DFW Pet Lounge, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure the safety of pets, owners, and staff while maintaining compliance with CDC and USDA regulations.
Reservations & Documentation
- A confirmed reservation is required prior to pet arrival at DFW Pet Lounge.
- Owners must provide accurate and complete documentation, including vaccination records and microchip information.
- Failure to provide proper documentation may result in denial of services.
Health & Safety
DFW Pet Lounge follows strict CDC quarantine requirements for dogs entering the United States from high-risk rabies countries. All pets must meet age, vaccination, and microchip requirements prior to travel.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any animal showing signs of illness or non-compliance with CDC and USDA rules.
Owner Responsibilities
- Ensure that your pet’s documents are up to date and match the microchip number.
- Provide emergency contact information prior to arrival.
- Understand that CDC quarantine rules are federally mandated and cannot be waived or shortened.
Liability
While DFW Pet Lounge takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of pets, owners accept that quarantine is a government requirement and assume responsibility for providing truthful documentation. DFW Pet Lounge is not liable for delays or denials caused by incomplete or inaccurate paperwork.
Updates to Terms
DFW Pet Lounge may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in CDC or USDA regulations. The latest version will always be available on this page.
